Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Changing your mind
We accept change of mind return as long as the following conditions are all met without exception:
1. You notify us within 30 days from purchase/order date for the return
2. The item is returned unopened and unused in its original packaging and tags and all of its pieces intact making the item in its original saleable condition
3. Proof of purchase such as receipt and credit card statement provided with the return
Restocking fee may be payable
You also need to cover all shipping charges to:
- Ship the item back to us
- For us to ship alternative items to you if you are exchanging your purchased products due to your change of mind
If the item you have purchased is faulty or does not match the description or is not fit for the intended purpose, you may return it back to us to arrange for an exchange or to receive a full refund of the item's original advertised price as listed in your receipt.
Please keep in mind that your return is valid only if you include the original receipt with the returned item.
In the event where we do not have enough stock to provide an exchange, you will instead receive a full refund of the item's original advertised price as listed in your receipt.
The safety of your children and your family is paramount, so if your purchased item is recalled, we will be more than happy to assist with the item's return.
