What method of payments do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal and Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards processed by PayPal's Express Checkout
  • Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards processed by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe)
  • Internet Banking through POLi Payments.

How much is your shipping?

Regular service: The shipping fee is currently set to $7.95 flat rate for orders $100 and below. If your order is above $100, then shipping is FREE.

Express service: The shipping fee will be calculated during checkout and is available only for orders less than 1kg in total weight.

Where do you ship to?

All around Australia where our shipping couriers (such as Australia Post) can deliver to.

How long do you take to process an order?

All orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed unless otherwise notified either on the website or via emails or phones direct to you.

How long will your shipping/delivery take?

This depends on your location and the courier. We are based in Sydney and we use Australia Post's services for most of our deliveries. We cannot make any guarantee as this is out of our control, but as a rough indication, their regular parcel delivery services usually take between 2 - 6 business days from the time we send the parcel to them. Unless otherwise notified, once your order has been shipped out, you will be provided with a tracking ID that you can use to track your shipping.

Do you provide express shipping?

Yes we currently do for orders less than 1kg in total weight and the shipping fee will be calculated during checkout. The courier that we currently use for Express shipping is Australia Post.

Do I need a user account to purchase your products?

No, you don't need to. However there are benefits in creating accounts with us, such as being able to track your order better and faster checkout where we store your shipping address.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not (you have to enter your credit card details every time you purchase our products) and as per their respective policies, our shopping payment vendors, PayPal, Shopify by Stripe and POLi Payments should not either.

Is your website secure?

We are using HTTPS protocol with SSL Certificate provided by Shopify to power and secure our e-commerce website and the checkout process is using their secure checkout capability that is also using SSL.

What is your return policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy page.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment but that doesn't mean we won't have one in the future. That also won't stop us from delivering first class customer service to you!
